What is your commission structure?
We offer one simple commission plan; our plan is a flat transaction fee that lessens based on the more properties an agent sells in a rolling 30 day period. One simple plan and HUGE savings makes choosing Tholco Real Estate Group the easiest choice of all!
 
 
How much will it cost to join Tholco Real Estate Group?
Zero, Zilch, Nada! "Join Now" and you can be up and running the same day.
 
 
When can I start doing business with Tholco Real Estate Group?
Once you have completed the form on our "Join Now" page and initiated the change of employment we will be notified so we can can certify the change on the States website, usually the entire process is completed the same business day.
 
 
Is there a minimum or maximum sales volume?
No. You can do none, one or hundreds of transactions per year. Remember... the more you sell the more you save!
 
 
What about E&O Insurance?
Errors and Omissions Insurance is included in our flat rate transaction fee. In the event of a claim you may be responsible for the deductible. Please feel free to contact us if you would like more information on this. We are insured up to $1,000,000 with an A-Rated Insurance Carrier.
 
 
How are you different than other 100% Commission or "e" brokers?
We actually do as we promise, we offer incredible support, have no hidden fees, and payout the highest net commissions available.
 
 
Do you have a Transaction Coordinator?
YES! We have In-House Transaction Coordinators that ONLY work for Tholco Real Estate Group.
 
 
Do you have a Short Sale Department?
YES! We have In-House Short Sale negotiators that ONLY work for Tholco Real Estate Group.
 
 
Do you have a physical office?
Yes, we actually have two locations. Our corporate office is located at 4020 California Ave, Bakersfield CA 93309. Our Agents are welcome to use any location to meet clients in our spacious conference rooms, to pickup mail or conduct any other occasional business.
 
 
How soon do I get paid after an escrow has been closed?
You can actually get paid the same day escrow is closed directly from escrow providing your transaction file satisfies our requirements and you turn in your complete file two business days prior to close of escrow, otherwise you will be paid within 2 business days of turning in a complete file. We also have direct deposit available for a nominal fee.
 
 
I am interested in joining Tholco Real Estate Group but need to know if you are a member of my board and if not will you join?
We are members of CAR, NAR HAR and many MLS associations throughout California and Hawaii. We are always open to joining new associations/MLS etc.
 
 
Am I free to use any lender, title company or escrow company in my transactions?
Yes. You're free to select the services that best suit your clients' needs.
 
 
Can I negotiate commissions with my clients?
Absolutely but please make sure your commissions are enough to cover our transaction fee.
 
 
What kind of license do I need to join Tholco Real Estate Group?
A valid California or Hawaii Real Estate Salesperson's or Broker’s license.
 
 
Can I use a local source for business cards, business signs and other materials?
Yes, you can use whatever vendor you prefer as long as your marketing materials have our logo and are in compliance with State laws.
 
 
What forms do you use?
Standard State approved forms. You may obtain them at the office of your local board of realtors.
 
 
How do I get broker support?
Broker assistance is available through our Web site, via e-mail or by phone. Remember, we are here to help you!
